Author Talk and Book Signing at Monticello Branch Library

Military Historian, Philip C. Shackelford presented his new book "Rise of the Mavericks" to patrons of the Monticello Branch Library. Philip brings a unique focus on organizational culture and development to the history of communications intelligence, national security, and the U.S. Air Force. He is the current Library Director of South Arkansas Community College in El Dorado, AR.
